They can both get you for trade dress infringement if you actually start making money with whatever you're doing. And if you're already making money then I would be very careful with the 1st place logo. Last place you'd want to be is in a law office trying to explain how you didn't think the similarities were THAT big of a deal.

The 2nd place design is actually really good. The first one is a logo copied and pasted and the third one is downloaded font.

#1 & 3 look like something a high schooler with photoshop would do

Whomever did #2 actually knows the difference between a logo, and slapped on text with a quick filter in photoshop (or a simple shape). Goes to show why real graphic designers get paid

Not taking anything from Totanka, his was, IMHO, the best, even better than mine. But Dark picked the one he likes and he's not going to change his mind so there's no point in *****ing about which one he chose.

I believe you lol, I never said it was "Great", but its easily the best one up there.

I'm not complaining about what he chose, thats his decision, not mine. I'm just sharing my opinion
