Just because you are a graphic designer doesn't mean that you are an expert in infringements and dilutions....you may know the basics that anyone can find on the internet but I highly doubt that your are an expert in the full legal interrpetation of the law surrounding the matter and seeing as how I DO have a degree in business law, I really don't need anyone other than my legal team trying to advise me on what I can and cannot do legally, so once again and I hope for the last time PLEASE STOP BEATING THIS DEAD HORSE! DARK just so you know... The guy is retarded. The file was created in Adobe Illustrator and is a vector image. He has no idea what hes talking about and has no professional opinon only an amature that gets all his info off wiki. I could go on wiki and write a story about how Ferrari was an amercian based company out of Utah. Dosnt mean its correct. He sees pixels. HAha That guy is a joke. Id like to know what design company he works for and give them a call...

Nah....settled with them and paid em off.....that was when I learned in depth about the issue at hand....thus no worries now
