Recreate others work? That is a pretty low assumption man. I did all my own work and put my own skill into it. I never claimed to be a designer. I just have been photo shopping as a hobby for a few years lol.

If you're serious about your business I wouldn't touch a logo that even remotely might be a trademark infringement. Just think about it, if anything were to happen you'll lose money in legal fees, redoing of signs, apparel, etc, not to mention losing your marketing effort you put out for that logo.

exactly. a logo is not suppose to be extremely fancy and colorful etc etc, who wants to print out 1000 buisness cards or flyers with 50 different colors on them. you want it to be simple and get the point accross

People are right.... why even take a chance?

Even if there's the smallest chance you may be under copyright infringement laws why take the chance?

Even consumers will notice the similarities and it will be a turn off, be original - pick number 2.
