Amps getting hot recently

???? How would his battery be drained if this happened while he was driving? I think you might want to hold off on giving advice.
Because he might be exceeding the output of his alternator? If he is, he will surely drain his battery to the point where the voltage is to low to support the amps.

With the limited amount of power he's running he's not going "drain" his battery, even a stock alt should be able to handle the limited load he's putting on his electrical system. I can't see his battery dropping to less than 11 volts while he's driving. His problems are because of a bad ground, and the limited cooling.

as stated before my voltage doesnt drop below 14.0 even after 2+ hrs of driving
