Amps blowing fuses, idk why

ive decided to amp my PG rsd front components, so i ran all my wires, got a 60 amp anl fuse holder up front and all wires including my ground are properly connected and secured, reran all speaker wires into amp, and then when i go to rehook up my negative battery terminal and i go to check my amp (car not even on or anything) the 25 amp external fuse on the amp is blown. idk what the problem could be, any help would be greatly appreciated. tell me if theres any details i left out
