to me they are the soul of car audio-
the first thing a person needs to look at getting...
seems like a lot of people are looking @ buying amps for their systems, well let me tell you - usually when u start off u "think" something will be enough as far as ur love for the beat, but u'll want more, everyone ALWAYS wants more, esp. if your young. Trust me! SO, when you pick an amp get one that will sell easy incase you need to sell it - keep the amp in good condition, dont get something that no one is gonna give u a good offer for, remember - if u don' twant it b/c its shitty no one else will either or at least no one is gonna wanna pay good money for it. Finally, make sure u get a little more power than you think u'll need..... for example say u get 500 watt amp to run 400 watt sub, well most likely you'll change subs before you'll change amps so just remember get an amp that u can upgrade everything else with.
z1000d is very helpful - i'm young still (older than most here though) so the 1000 watts is perfect for now, when i get down to using one sub i'll probably use the 750 watts, then when i finally wanna give it away after years of abuse, the 400 watts for my sister will be perfect to run a 10 or a single 12.
bye
