Amplifier remote circuit problem please help

I'm a basshead, not a newb lol just so everyone knows.

I have a Crescendo Symphony 1500.1 that will not turn off. With just power and ground, no remote wire hooked up, it will come on and stay on.

I was told that there is a resistor inside that turns the amp off when the remote is de-energized. I was also told you can just put a resistor to ground between remote wire and ground on amp and it will turn it off as well. Has anyone seen or know anything about this

Like @maylar said, delay the turn on to the amplifier only. 3 to 5 seconds should take care of it.

Google and Ebay are your friends. Froma quick search and providing these are like new, $2- $400 for the subs and $2- $400 for the amplifiers...

I would try a pair of Bass Blockers on the rear speakers. I always place them on Coax. speakers generally, Should help quite a bit I like PAC ones...
