Hi.

I would like to know, what amplifier could I use to power a 12" subwwofer (memphis high power) and two speakers.

I was thinking of a 400 watt for all but i dont know if I could use a 2 channel or a 4 channel Autotek amplifier.

Yeah, a good sized 4 ch. Assuming you have a 4 ohm sub you could bridge 2 ch for it and run the speakers off the other 2 ch. Autotek makes a good amp, go for it.
