i was wantin to stick with nothin but kicker but hifonic amps are almost have the price for the same wattage. im wantin to put around 6 to 8000w on it

I Think what he was trying to say is that that sub is only worth a **** in the hands of a very good and seasoned installer. I.e.: one that would not be asking about what amp to use. . Most people will not get even close to the potential that sub has due to poor and inappropriate installs.

as for my opinion i say AT LEAST 2x2500.1 kicker amps. two kenetic cells and a 200 amp alt for daily. all 0 awg BUT if your looking for SPL only you will want alot mroe power and a very beefy electrical set up.
