Amping infinity speakers

I have an Alpine 9856 HU and am thinking about amping my 2 Infinity reference 6 by 9 speakers up front because they get distorted really easily and just sound really cheap. Are there are any amps that would go well with these speakers around $100-150? Also, I recently got 2 tweeters but they have a lot of white noise and it seems they have a lot of clipping/popping on certain notes even on low volume. Are there any tweeters out there without screeching highs notes around $100? and should I amp these as well?
