Is that a serious question? If yes, here's the short version...
New amp, a Nendo 12k, popped in 30 minutes. They made it sound like they'd warranty it, and then charged me $220, and it cost me $80 to ship it to them.
Got the another back and it looked like they'd dropped it on the floor of their facility half a dozen times. Lots of damage that I do not believe happened in shipping. Had a show coming up and had to install. It popped in 45 minutes.
After being lied to a bunch of times about when my refund would arrive, I made a FB post post about it that went viral within an hour. The owner and all employees posted in it and made a complete *** of themselves. 2 days later I had $1900 of the $2400 I had in it refunded to me.
