amped speakers, weired situation

Ok I thought of something else...Maybe your speaker wires are grounding out somewhere...can you try a different amp and see if the problem remains?

well i don't think my speaker wires are grounding out somewhere because i have all really solid connections sealed off with electrical tape, not to mention its all new speaker wire... but yeah im going to try a different amp when i get around to it... thanks alot for the input. will keep you posted.
