amp wiring

this may need to be in amp sectionbut i have two amps one an Alpine V12 MRV-1000(subs) and a Alpine V12 Mrv-F400 (highs)

im wondering about wiring them the 400 has two inputs and 1 output the 1000 only has 1 input now for the ?

power wire--should i run 4g to a dist then 2 8g to amps or do i need 4g to the MRV-1000 for 600rms. then the inputs-i have 2 RCA "Y"s i could run 1 RCA to the Y in to the 400 out of it to the 1000 or run two RCAs one to the Y and to the 400 and one to the 1000 i could also run 3 RCAs out of my CD player front,rear and sub output what r my best options thnaks for any help
