I'm planning on running 1/0-gauge to the trunk and I want to split it with a distro block with 1/0 going to the sub amp and 4-gauge going to the 4-channel amp. I was wondering if there are any distribution blocks with a 1/0-gauge input and a 1/0-gauge output on one side and 4-gauge output on the other side?

yea there are. You can even get them w/ a 1/0 input, and 2 1/0 outputs, 2 4ga outputs and 2 8 ga outputs......ebay has them pretty cheap.

Just type 1/0 guage distribution blocks and take your pick.
