1/0 power run to distro block then 4 gauge to saz1500, ok?

im gonna run a 1/0 to a distroblock, then prolly 2 feet of 4 gauge to my saz-1500... is that good? or should i go ahead and use 1/0 all the way to saz... i would rather use the 4 gauge and save some of the 1/0 for my big 3...
