You won't find a Pyle wiring kit at Target, or any dept. store that I'm aware of.

Wal-mart does carry some decent scosche stuff though.

looks like a decent kit to me. From what I've seen the ones that lie about the actual size of the wire will give it away by the size of the fuse.
