amp went into protection mode?

Are the subs wired parrell? If so it should be a 2-ohm load and the amp says that its stable at 1-ohm, so you should be alright there. Check ur grounds.

the ground looks good it was already in the car when i bought it used. i still am confused for the rca cables like where to i put the red plug and where to put the white plug.sorry for so many questions im trying to save money i installed everything good.it worked fine for a little bit seems like the 1 sub was hitting harder than the other. if i took it to like best buy or circuit city. would they look at it even if i didnt buy anything from them? thanx evrybody for helping

Some 4ch amps require a 4ch input even to be run in bridged mode and some do not.

Try this first then:

Put your white lead into the input for Channel 1 and the red lead for the input to Channel 3 (as most amps use the left input for bridged configuration)

mine did that for a long time, i thought i fried something and thought about getting a new amp. Than I decided to mess around with the gain settings on my H/U and voltage input on the amp and it fixed it, now I pound the crap outta it and it has never gone into protect again.
