Amp Voltage dial?

Okay i have what is probably a stupid question but i literally can not find any information online about how to set the voltage dial on my amp. I have a Hifonics Brutus BXi 1208D with a kicker solo baric l7 12" and i am not sure how to set this dial and im not even sure if thats what its called haha, if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

That would be the gain.. u need to match it to your HU pre out voltage... there are videos on YouTube on how to set your gain.

Something like .200mv to 5v. This is called your gain knob. There are a couple ways to do this. You will atleast need a volt meter if not get one. Search setting gains there will be a lot more info that way.
