i used a jbl 600.1 with excelent results for over a year

400rms is overrated, especially if ported.

Oh, and i think you can find them for around $175

dual 4 ohms and where can he find the nx750d and how should he wire both subs to that amp.

Check eBay, for that amp you would wire it to 1 ohm for the full 750w output, however those amps are over rated, so ~600w RMS is more realistic, if that.

They are not overrated near that much, and it will easily push CVR's to their max.
