Amp to run 2 10W3V3

ok, so i just got the go-ahead from the other half to spend money on my system. picked the other speakers and now im looking for an amp and sub combo. i just heard 2 W3s in a sealed box and it sounded amazing. i can get a deal on the W3s from a local shop, buy one get one for 50% or i can get the 2 subs and get a JL box for free.

now, i was thinking get a mono amp that can run at 1 ohm and only load it to 2 ohms. id like to send about 500W to each sub but more is always better. only problem is im kinda limited on space. the trunk is small and the JL box just fits in the trunk so no ported for me. but the amp and Cap will mount on the back of the box. im having the subs fire up into the rear window instead of to the front or back as this is the only way 2 subs will fit in the car. i thought of going with one 15 but alas the box will not fit... and custon is not an option right now.

anyways back to the question, whats a good quality amp with all the adjustments and a bass knob that will make the W3s boom? i want nice clean bass, loud is good.

Whats the VC configuration/impedance of the subs?

Why a cap? Do a search first to see it its really needed or even beneficial.

Whats the budget for the amp?

i have the cap because i had a system in my old car(1970VW bug) and it needed it bad. im going to use it because i have it and it has a voltage readout which is kinda useful.

im not sure on the ohm load yet debating 2 8Ohm or 2 4Ohm subs. id like the amp to be 2 ohm stable at minimum. the shop has the settup i want in house with the 8 ohm woofers so i may go that route.

budget? eh, whatever works i guess. the misses said i could spend money so im going to get what i want. im looking for 1000W at least and i want that to be at abou 12.5V as thats what my system normally runs at. so figure 1100W at 13.5v maby?

ok well i was looking around online and found a TMA 1000.1 which is aparently made by JL. any reviews? everything i have read about it is good so that may b the route i go.
