Amp suggestions for a sealed 10" Type R?

I need an amp for a 10" 4ohm DVC Type-R in a 1.1cu sealed box, also trying to keep it under $200. I've been eying the PG Xenon 400.1s but I'd like some opinions or other recommendations before I commit.
