Thankx for the suggestions guys. Soi tried pushing the cone n it didn't rub or anything but I accidentally touched the wire that connects from the subs to the outside box where you connect the speaker wires to the amp and it worked for like2 3 seconds..so I started tweakin it n it would work n not for a lil bit..so does this mean the subs isn't broken and its just the wires that is connecting to the box..its this brown wire for positive n negative...sorry for my dumb language..I'm jus barely learning...so yheaaa I should buy new positive negative wires? Or what?

Thankx again

Well you're in luck then cause the sub is most likely fine. Check all your connections and connectors.

I had the same problem with my old sub where it would go out sometimes. I checked all my connections, from the amp to the terminal cup, terminal cup to the sub, and they all looked fine, but yet when I wiggled the wires it would cut in and out... I replaced the crimp on connectors that attach the speaker wires to the inside of the terminal cup, and the problem still persisted.

I finally ended up removing the terminal cup from the box and completely taking it apart to find the problem. It turns out those things aren't as simple as you'd think they would be, there is a few parts to it, anyway some kind of gunk had built up on the internals causing it to not always make contact. After a good cleaning and reassembly it worked like a champ.
