Amp/Sub Question

I dont really understand how the wattage and ohms and so on for each subs are safe for amps. I just bought an ultimate T3-2160 amp and wanna hook up 2 subs to it. I have no idea what wattage or really anything i should look for when buying subs. heres the specs for the amp.
