Amp, Sub and speaker selection.

My head unit is a kw-avx720. It has a dedicated sub out rca line. For now I will have the speakers hooked up without an amp. I have ran the lines for future use. This includes a set of white and red rca. The sub rca line and remote amp.

I have two amps mrp-m2000 and r300-4. How would I wire the rear speakers to the amp and the sub woofers. I currently don't have any speakers, so i need recommendations. I have room for 6 inch by 3 inch for the front.Can I run the sub woofers and rear speakers off the same amp? Can I run just a amp for my sub? I'm very clueless. First install. So recommendations please
