Amp setup question - 5 channel, or two seperates??

I've got an Alpine MRV F752 V12 T-class 5/4/3 channel amp, a JL 300/4 slash amp, and a Fosgate P3002 2 channel amp.

Either setup will be running a pair of MB Quart 6.5" 218.13 CX components in the front, and a pair of Focal CF coaxials in the rear. My sub will be a 12" Alpine SWS 1222D in a sealed box.

The Alpine 5 channel will do 100X4(or a little better), with the sub putting out about 350W x1 RMS.

The JL will do 75X4 straight, and the Fosgate will do about 300X1 RMS for the sub.

Which is the better setup to run the speakers and sub I've got? Opinions??

Assuming those measurements are all at 4ohms...I would run the Alpine.

Easier installation, better cosmetic flow, not losing any power by doing so.
