Amp repair places?

well when my car got broke into, they stole them amps. Then were caught with them. So today as happy as i was to get some of my stolen stuff back. I was pretty pissed off to see both amps RCAs were ****ed up. Im sure some people on here know when i can get them fixed...

DB-R had my hifonics XX-hercules. I sent my amp to them twice in a row, and both times ir ecieved it back still broken.

Last time i needed amp repair i used arc (amprepaircenter.com or something). Kinda spendy, but they did a great job.
