Setup is looking good, I like where you are going with it. My only gripe would be that the amp layout does look good but then you just have the sub sitting there, its not incorporated into the overall trunk space.
If you had time, I would take a look into maybe having the amps flank the sub along that back wall portion. I'm not sure how long the biggest one is but you could use a beauty panel to hide the size differences, then put the sub in the middle with a small slot port out the same face as the sub, or maybe to keep your aero port you could run it up the top where it wouldn't distract from the symmetry on the face.
Or is there any chance you could tuck the sub into one of the sides and keep the amps as they are?
Either way looking good though, and I'm looking forward to the "finished" pics. Are these systems EVER truely finished lol.

This can be the hardest part in the whole process, at least it seems to be for me. Making things look good, yet remain simple and relatively sedate WHILE maintaining functionality can really push the limits of the design as you have to think right down to how everything will work and how to hid hinges or how beauty panels may fit into the design instead of just slapping something together that looks good but might be 100% perminant to the vehicle.yea, i like that idea except i'd like to keep my spare and keep it somewhat simple to get to.
