Amp rack advice

My coworker is willing to weld me up a 2 amp rack. I just swapped out my little 4 channel (taramps ts400x4) with a rf power 400x4 and everything fits just a bit closer than I'd like. My question is how much space should I leave between amps (one will be directly above the other)? I'm figuring I'll need to mount a pair of fans as well to keep the temp during the summer here especially on the ab class rf

The more the better usually. But i would think that 1/2"-3/4" should be plenty to get some air especially with a good 105CFM fan or two. I would deff give room to be able to remove the lower amplifier if need be, or room for an exchange in the future

Thanks man...we measured it out for a 2 1/4 inches on the gap between the top of my smart3k and the bottom of the rf...i was concerned maybe i needed more space since it gets stupid hot during the summer here 😂...he's gonna add a fan mount on each side of the "rack" for a fan...the taramps is sitting on 1/4 spacers so the plan is to leave it alone and he's gonna weld up the rack so is screws down over it and the rf will be to only amp actually on the rack...
