amp problem?

I have a brand mew kicker zx650.4 and channel 3 wont work and play music when I hook it up the radio cuts out I already grounded the rcas to see if that was the probpem and it wasnt

I doubt all your connections are good. get a dmm and meter the speaker resistance and the speaker wires resistance to ground. My guess is you have the speaker shorting out.

change the rca inputs from front to rear and see if the issue stays on the same channel. if it does then swap the actual speaker wires from right to left. still there? then issue is with the amp and not wiring or speakers. if the issue changes sides then the issue is with the wire/speaker. its easy troubleshooting. basics of installing...or installing 101 as some put it.

Alr9ght so I went and swapped the rcas and that caused only the front driver side to play and when I plugged in the speakers to the 3rd channel it still didnt play but I know the speaker works in that door cause I tested it on the other side and it played fine and I know Its not the crossover because I bought anothwr crossover and got the same issue so what do u all think

the issue is with your rca cables or the wiring from the amp to the speaker. from what i understand, you changed the rcas from front to rear then only one speaker worked when 3 worked before. run new sets of rca cables to check those. just drape them through for easy checking. run a new speaker wire the same way. your issue is most likely in your wiring or your radio connections. Amps that are "bad out of the box" are about 95% user error unless its a crap amp like a crunch or jensen.
