I Just installed a system the other day and was playing around with the Xover's and gain's today with the keys in the ignition. The car wasn't turned on but the key was in there so the radio was playing. Then I turned on the car so it wouldn't **** so much juice out of my electrical system and the Component amp went into protection mode. I checked the fuses and it doesn't look like any wires are touching or anything. The amp was working fine until I turned the keys and started the car up. RIGHT when I did that the protection mode light came on. hopefully i didn't f*** things up....
