Amp problem... help ASAP

hey my power acoustik amp went into protection mode and i cant figure out why... like it stays red for like 5 seconds the flicks to green for like half a second... but then goes back to red...and does this over and over...i already unplugged everything and it still does it... any advice or is my amp dead??? all help is greatly appreciated...

so all that's connected is the remote/power/lead and it still does this? Wow, sounds like a toasted amp to me:crap:
