amp power and ground condinuity

i have a condinuity checker and when i put one end on the ground terminal and one end on the power terminal of the amp the light bulb lights up confirming there is condinuity between the two, does anyone know if this is normal?

there's something wrong with my amp idk what but i'm trying to figure it out
