Amp Not Working...

Had some car trouble a couple of days ago, so I gave my dad my car to troubleshoot. He ended up taking my sub/amp out. After the car was fixed he rewired...but ended up wiring it wrong and swapped the power with the ground. He blew all 3 fuses and now my amp doesnt work. I tried replacing the fuses..and it worked for about 10 minutes then died on me. Now when I try to adjust the gain (turning it down) the sub moves alot.. and it seems as if the amp is either draining power completely or cutting out.

Its an mtx 801d btw powering an 04' kicker l7.

Any ideas where I can get it fixed?...
