amp not responding

For an ideal ground you want to find a piece of sturdy metal, the chassis is ideal but if you can't use that a bolt for a seat usually works well. You don't want something flimsy, minimal resistance is the key. Get a grinder or a piece of some coarse sandpaper and sand down the ground spot very good until it is down to bare metal. Secure down the ground tightly using a ring terminal of sorts, and, if you have some, put some silicone around the ring terminal to prevent corrosion

I have 89 full size Blazer I have the Ground to a bolt that hold a shock for the rear seat, when its folded up, i have the bolt and sheet metal grinded to bare metal, and i have the copper end connection also grinded for better contact, and it still does not work, when i put the rca cables to the input the capacitor starts to drain and starts beeping, im looking to find a way to ground this cable to the Frame. I would up load a pick , i dont know how

how do you have this amplifier wired?

crude but it conveys the point

The only way the amp stays on is when its hooked up to the output and hifonics logo gets bright, and of course no sound because of the output jacks!

I have 2pcs 150 a mini anl fuse in front,0 awg power wire, and i have a 2pcs 100 a mini anl fuse in the back, new optima battery, and your diagram is the way i have it
