Amp Install killed Starter

hey there people,

like title says, i installed 2 amps into a Lancer, and the starter failed

cant figure it out, please help,

Do you mean the starter motor is burned or your car wont start.

check fuses.

If your starter motor is bad its just a coincidence, there is no possible way that an amp install can burn a starter motor.

Check the basics. I installed a head unit in my truck, get done & the truck won't start. I pulled the head unit out twice double checking if I knocked something loose in the dash etc..

Turned out my battery gave it up. what a coincidence.
