yellow top optima VS. Stinger SPV20?

I dont know much about batteries, but some 1 told me to run a yellow top optima battery in the cab instead of a power cap. I was wondering if this optima battery is the same or worse than a Stinger SPV20 battery, dont know the cranking amps or anything about both batteries, just need some advice on what to run and whats better. Im hooking up a kicker 1200.1 to a 15" L7 2000 watt sepaker and hooking up a 4CH. kicker 350 watt amp to 2 sets of components. thanks.
