Hi everyone. I'm a newbie so please bear w/ me.
My setup:
Eclipse 7301 Head Unit
Eclpise 5961 In Dash CD Changer
(1) 12" Infinity Perfect 12 Subwoofer (400 watt max)
(1) 6.5" Infinity Reference Components (90 watt max each)
No rears speakers, because it's a C5 Corvette convertible 2 seater.
On a friend's recommendation, I bought a Nine.2 Amp to power the sub only, because he said the HU should have enough power (15W) to power the component front speakers. Well, after setting this up, I feel the front speakers aren't getting enough power. They're loud, but not quite as loud as even the stock BOSE stereo system.
So I think I need to run more juice in the front also. Question is, should I send my Nine.2 back and get a Nine.4 to power all three speakers? Or should I get a seperate amp just for the two front speakers?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
