Enjoys loud noises.
With all those spelling and grammar issues, you probably shouldn't be typing your own posts.yeah def save ur money to get better then sony, also, if ur hookn stuff up urself and u dont know a safe ohm load and ur runnin sony and visonik u prolly shouldnt be hookn ur own stuff up
Back to the original question, i'm going out on a limb here and saying that the pioneer sub is probably just a 4ohm sub. *Almost* EVERY amp can handle 4 ohms just fine. Which leads me to believe one of two things.
1- Wiring problem. Check your grounds, be sure they are strong. Check for crossed wires or anything bare touching.
2- Bad amplifier. Where did you get this amp from? Your attic/garage/friend etc? Probably not the highest quality amp. If you bought it new from the local Walmart, take it back. Get a refund. Save up for a better amp. Sony is not a good car audio brand. If you can get it at Wal-mart...it probably isn't worth your money. (Except for amp wire kits and whatnot. This mostly goes for subwoofers and amplifiers.)
