Amp for this sub

If you buy that sub in a D4 you can wire it to 2ohm. Then set your gains right and you wont have a problem.
Yeh, OP. D4 would be ideal but if you already have the sub you'll be fine also, just read up on properly setting gains. Just because you wire to 1 ohm and the amps is rated at 1000watts @1 ohm, doesn't mean you have to send 1000watts to the sub.
