Amp for Pioneer Premier TS-C520PRS

The TS-C520PRS speakers are rated at only 30rms but I've read that they can handle more so what type of amp should I use? Also I have TS-D402P 4" in the back that handle 25rms but I was thinking of running those off my HU PIONEER PREMIER FH-P800BT that pushes 22rms per channel. Should I use a 4 channel amp for all the speakers or just a 2 channel for the components?

Any input would be helpful and the more specific the better thanks.
