Amp for dual 1 ohm coils.

Hey guys Im lookin for a amp that will run around 1000rms watts on a 12" FI Q with dual 1 ohm coils. What are my wiring options? .5ohm and 2ohms? What would be a good amp to run this sub? Any help would be great.

sundown saz-1500d. will be more than 1000 watts but atleast you have some headroom to play with. and sundown does warrant the amp to .5 ohms also. going to pick mine up tomorrow.

The JBl amp will do about 1100 wrms at 2 ohms

or for .5 ohms you can always look into MMATs amps
