Amp for 2 kicker L5's

Ok i was looking for a good amp to power 2 kicker l5 12" subs. I found a PPI that is 4 channels and will pump out 640 watts max. My question is, it says that it will hit 320 watts rms x2 at 4 ohms mono. Which kicker should i buy? Dual 2 ohm or dual 4 ohm? and how much of an ohm load would it be? i dont want to put out more than 700 watts just to the subs cuz i dont have a strong electrical system and i'm going to be amping my components soon. I would appreciate help on only this amp since i can get it for about 200.00 thanx.
