usually a class D, mono amp would work best...more effecient. But what ohm are your subs? You need an amp that will max power, at the ohm load your woofers desire.

yea there is, esp when u have 2 10 cvrs and 1 12w3 both sealed and the w3 sounds louder and cleaner than the cvrs...

the W3 is a JL, it is supposed to sound good, the Kickers... not so much

how much do W3s cost? the main good thing about the CVRs is they are cheap and get the job done, maybe paying a hundred dollars more will get you a better sub but no shit

There is nothing at all wrong with the Comp VRs, they're good for the money. I'd be willing to bet you f***ed up your install in some way. W3s are pretty good, but not as good for the money as Comp VRs.

i had a fosgate power 851s on two comp vr 12"s and it sounded pretty good. i think you can probably pick that amp up for about 330 bucks online.
