amp cutting off right when the bass hits hard

hey guys recently upgraded my system got 2 soundqubed hds312s im using the american bass vfl 4480 amp i used to have the same amp and just 1 soundqubed hds312 and i was running cca wire all 0 gauge but the amp started doing the same thing its doing now, now i have upgraded to the real stuff all 0 gauge sky high ofc wire and its still cutting out im running at .5 ohms but i know the amp can take it my electrical is good i have a stinger spv70 battery 130 amp alternator and the big three done it wasnt doing this 2 days ago when i installed now it is. Basically when the bass hits hard the amp flashes on and off causing the subs to pop i think, and it doesnt do it at all levels. I honestly think it might be my fuse because im using a bigger fuse than i am supposed to but idk for sure 250 amp fuse... and it says the fuse rating is 120 amps...does anyone have any suggestions also i get no voltage drops at all...

Some of the things you said made no sense so we have to go back to the beginning.

1- How do you know you have no voltage drop?

If the amp shuts off, that's voltage drop right there either at the power terminals or the switched turn on terminal so you have drop somewhere.

i know because 2 days ago i could play to full tilt and it was not having any issues with voltage always 14.4, but now its doing that. also i forgot to mention i had upgraded ofc wire with the 1 soundqubed 12 and i was running it at 2 ohms and i had a month and never had any issues at all now i upgraded and its starting to do it again. When i had the cca wire i had before the wires would turn white basically they were burnt for some reason. but was pushing out 1200 watts.

You keep making claims about things such as you "know" 14.4v and it was pushing out 1200watts but the way you word things makes it sound like you are not actually measuring these results so we continue to ask, how do you KNOW?

dude.. i have a voltage meter that i plug in to the outlet and it reads me the voltage. lol basically just the steave meade thing that reads the voltage but i can see the numbers. Man look im not that best at this stuff i just want help because i dont know where else to turn i obviously dont want my stuff to blow up and am actually trying to resolve this issue im having.

And im not for sure that it puts out 1200 watts but im pretty sure its close because the amp is no slouch.

OK, YES, that's what we wanted to know.. outlet i'm assuming you mean 12v cig socket.

That's terrible place to measure voltage!

You need a digital multimeter and measure it right at the amplifier while it's putting out maximum power you try to run it at.

Now, with the info you gave us, we can start helping you.

If there is any part in a vehicle that has a bad voltage drop, the spot that will experience the worst of it is at the fault location.

This is why it's important to measure or run monitors right at the amp's power terminals as that is what customer care most about.

I also noticed you said or he said that the amp cannot be on the box because of the vibrations i have the amp behind the box its kinda close to the box and i notice that it shakes when the bass hits not real bad but alittle bit.
