Amp comparison

Im new here so bear with my stupid questions lol.

I just bought a Autotek MM2000.1d off a member here (thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ) and i also have here next to me is an Arc audio FD 1200.1. Whats the better amp here? What are the pros and cons or either? Do they do rated power and such? both will do rated, the arc will have better sound quality, autotek will put out more power

probably not, but your electrical should be what makes your decision, if its stock runn the arc, if you have the big 3, and an upgraded batt runn the autotek

Its stock right now, But i plan on the big 3 an upgraded starting batt and a batt in back (though i have no lcue what to get for the batts)

id personally run the autotek then and sell the ark on here, or ebay. if price isnt a problem when buying batts look at XS batteries. if it is look into dekas. Deebz i think his name is on here usually has nice new ones for 100 each

honestly im not sure what those amps go for, try just searching the model on google and see what you find.

For door speakers and speakers that play higher frequencies the ARC will prob be noticeably better sounding, and maybe not if you dont have good ears.

For subs however the frequencies are harder for humans to hear differences, so the autotek is fine. Some people say they can hear the difference maybe with a good SQ sub. But prob not with a spl type sub or cheaper one

Thats great. I have a DC lvl4 10" D2 i ordered to start me off. Guess ill wire for 4Ohm for 1k. Gonna look for another single 10 or 12 thatll take the full 2K (or whatever itll put out @ 1Ohm

Yea I was thinking XL or 5. Also was thinking hdc3. I'm sure I wont be dissapointed with the lvl4 10" for now
