amp and sub question

still on the learning curve of paring amps and subs. ive got a box with two kenwood 12s that came out of a friends car. I was wondering if this amp i have would be power the two 12in subs . the amp is a kicker zx751.1 and the subs are KFC-W3013PS 12" 4-ohm component sub,50-400 wat5 rms and peak power 1200. the amp specs are 375 watts rms x1 at 4ohms and 750watts x1 at 2ohms. sorry for the noob question but still learning the about rms.

Should work just fine with those subs for powering them up..running them..Just be sure to wire them @2 ohm load to get the most out of that amp..Be best to build a box to specs,or as close to as possible to get the best out of both the subs performance and a combination of utilizing the amplification.If you experience distortion/clipping, dial it down a notch or two

Subwoofer Wiring Diagrams, Two 4 ohm Single Voice Coil (SVC) Speakers

Here are some wiring configurations for your two single voice coil 4 ohm subs to wire to a 2 ohm load that the amplifier is stable too,and really isnt a bad amp.Puts out pretty nice power..I liked mine for a bit

Just keep in mind that not all enclosures work well in different vehicles either.You will be better off building a box configured for your vehicle to get the best results/performance from the subs
