Amp & Sub 10'

Looking for a good amp to run 4 10' sub's. Also I want to know who has the best 10' subs. Thinking about getting the Alpine 10'?

10 ft SUBS???!!! WOW! 4 of them??!!!

just kidding. Well if your other amps are alpine, then stick to alpine. Unless you dont like them for some reason.

yea he's right.. if you have alpines amps why not stick with them.. but if you dont want too i have a MA Audio amp M1286i. it's rated 1200x1@1ohm . send me a PM if interested

Would I get better sound using 4 10's subs are should I just get 2 12' sub's?

Well.. this depends on what you are looking for.. If you want it the loudest possible, i would say the 4 10's.. alot of cone area.. But, if your looking for more SQ, then the 2 12's should sound better. I would go with the 10's..

So its rated at 11v...what about at 14.4

Correct me if im wrong, but this is just an estimate...

Amperage x Voltage = Wattage Watt / Volt = Amp

1200 / 11 = 109.0909amp

SO,

109.0909 amp x 14.4 volt = 1570.9089watts
