amp (1.3 ohm) and sub (1 ohm) question

the amp that i have does 1.3 Ohms and the sub that i am looking at can be wired to 1 ohm

am i putting stress on the amp or sub if i were to wire it at 1 ohm?

and i wire the sub for 1 ohm?

will i blow my amp or sub?

what kind of amp wants a 1.3 ohm load?

i picked up a lanzar opti 1400 ....... from what i read they are good for the money...so i'll see how it performs......but it says it does 1300 rms at 1.3 ohms

Never used that amp but I would think any amp built to go to 1.3ohms would play at 1ohm with no problem.

power from the amp heats the coil and when the coil heats up the impedance rises..basically as the coil inside gets hot the ohms go up bringing you well above 1.3ohms.
