considering my 2 are just as loud out of a trunk on 2k than 3 type r 12s in a blowthrough on 2k i think so.

what kind of box do you suggest for one going in a 05 impala and like i said hooked up to a audioque 1200d how big of a box would this sub sound loud in

2.2 cubes net @ 34 with about 15^2 of port per cube.

I love my xfl's, they slam and are good spl subs if that is what you are into. If you care to, go aero with it.

AB XFL12" vs. Obsidian Audio 12" vs. SA-12" ?

I'm not tooo much into SPL, I like my Music loud but also retaining sound quality..my prefered subwoofers that I have owned are 12" SSA Icon and 12" SI Mag Claw v/V3 softparts. I want to get a subwoofer that is in the same sound quality range but gets a little louder. I have 1,100rms on tap @ 2 & 4ohm.

If a vendor for AB on here could PM me a price shipped for a 12" American Bass XFL to 14224 that would help me out a little bit in making my decision. I'm looking for a lower price than what I have found online.

oo nice, well than I will probably go with that since it's cheaper than the SA and has a higher stated RMS rating than the Obisidian. If an AB vender on here can do better than $184 shipped to 14224, PM me please or let me know on here.
