there were also poeple on the ecoustics forum who were comparing them to kicker CVR's with more power handling. I dont know about that, but they are probably worth the $65 for a pair, people run shitty 1000rms amps to them all day long it seems.

no idea of the real power handling it claims 500 rms, they seem like a low end company who is making a comback, kinda like crunch amps. the VFl are all I have ever heard.

they are very nice versitile subs. they say 450 rms each but i've seen them handle more then that and were perfectly fine. i have 2 of them but only have a vfl 80.1 on them and they are pretty and handle the power good and sound really well but seem to want a little more power.

i was actually the guy from ecoustics who said they are like cvrs with more powerhandling. i know the owner of a car audio shop here in my town and he sells AB and those subs on the same amp were a lil louder than some cvrs on the sabe box 3 cubes tuned to 38 hz. i would definately get them.

this dude doesnt have anF****** clue on what he is talking about. to answer ur question these subs are WORTH EVERY BIT of 65$ i ran the 15" DX an step below the XDs off an kicker 2500.1 in my tahoe! i must admit these are my favorite low budget woofers. you will be more than happy with them!

Got 2 of them on an Elemental designs Nine.1 in my focus roughly 6-700 rms per sub and they don't break a sweat! For the money they are WAY worth it. Mine are in 5 cubes tuned to 32 Hz and my poor trunk looks like it's gonna get shredded most of the time.

i havent been on here in years but any way. yea the xd is very nice for the price i have a 15 in a 4th order giving it 1200 rms and beatin on it hard daily and it takes it petty well
